How do I order from the secret menu?
Simply look at our blog and pick something you want. Just remember these are not on our regular menu, so you will have to know the ingredients and how they should be made as not all employees are not trained on these.

If I don't like a secret menu item, can I exchange it for something else?
Sadly, the secret menu items are non-refundable or exchangeable as these are customized items. The items on our actual menu have been validated and tested thoroughly, so we don't have problems fixing those if they're wrong.  

Are you hiring?
We hire on a rolling basis. Please check our Career page for available positions and further inquiries. 

Is Koi Tea a franchise or corporation?
Nope. We're actually a small business and the Stafford location is our first store. If you were to dive into searches on Google, the closest company name would be KOI Thé, with "Thé" being translated to tea. 

Are there opportunities for franchises?
At this moment, we do not offer franchises nor licenses as we are still getting our feet wet.
